    Join Sarah and Dr. Rashmi Bismark, MD for a new course offering!

    Mindfulness course for self-care based on the gold-standard therapeutic mindfulness course, MBSR – Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

    When: May 7, 2025 – June 25, 2025 (8 weeks)

    Wednesdays from 11am-12:30pm

    Where: Located at Bloom Yoga & Wellness in Oneida, NY

    Cost: $75 per week! ($600 total)

    *Billable to insurance Out-of-Network. If you want to try for insurance reimbursement, just let us know and we can likely submit claims for you electronically!

    About The Course

    This is a self-care course that includes mindful practices like meditation, gentle yoga, mindful walking, mindful eating, journaling, reflection, and group discussions.

    • Uncover inner skills of mindfulness and self-compassion
    • Reflect upon awareness of body, emotions, thoughts, and behavior
    • Enhance present awareness in everyday life
    • Receive guided instruction in mindfulness meditation practices
    • Explore gentle mindful movement and yoga
    • Participate in group dialogue and practice mindful communication

    We hope to have around 8 to 12 participants for the spring cohort. Join us!

    Dr. Rashmi Bismark, MD, MPH

    Rashmi is a Preventive Medicine specialist who has devoted her career to sharing mindfulness for well-being. She has led programs at clinics,cancer centers, schools, hospitals, and online.     Sarah Linder, LCSW

    Sarah is an EMDR certified clinical social worker who specializes in anxiety, OCD, ADHD and trauma treatment. She has been been learning about and practicing mindfulness and yoga throughout her career, but in the last couple of years has been an avid meditator with excellent results!
