Individual Therapy for Adults
Compassionate evaluation and treatment for anxiety and ADHD
While I utilize various forms of treatment based on the needs of the client, my hope is for people to live full lives with a range of emotions, strong connections with others and peace within themselves.
Each type of therapy is used purposefully and with intention for each client and my rationale is readily available for explanation at any time! Here are my most frequently used therapies, theories and techniques in no particular order:
-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), CBT with ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention), Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, “Parts Work” (mostly using Structural Dissociation Theory), Motivational Interviewing, DBT, ACT, and EMDR
