Individual Therapy for Adults
If you are an adult struggling with anxiety, looking to understand yourself more or gain new skills to achieve your goals, then you’ve come to the right place! Your therapy experience will be specifically tailored to your needs and background.
While I utilize various forms of treatment based on the needs of the client, I am always working toward integration of the self, improved connection with others, and healing from trauma or distress so that people can live full lives with a range of emotions. Each type of therapy is used purposefully and with intention for each client and my rationale is readily available for explanation at any time! Here are my most frequently used therapies, theories and techniques in no particular order:
-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
-CBT and ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention) for OCD
-Solution Focused Therapy
-Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT)
